Your PC frequently runs disk checks during startup. It often stays on the boot screen and doesn’t progress, requiring a reset. Once reset, it scans your C drive but experiences some lag and occasional black screens. I ran several diagnostics and couldn’t locate any problems, so it might be related to the SSD. In Event Viewer, there’s an error message about the NT Kernel Logger failing with code 0xC0000035, appearing 104 times in the last day. This could be connected to the disk checking issue. Let me know if you need further guidance!

No, I haven't tested any alternative drives or operating systems yet.

It hasn't happened yet. Could this be the reason? Everything seemed normal until recently, after a few months of problems began.

I’d consider switching to a different SSD. It seems like it might be malfunctioning, leading to file system issues. I’d back up any critical data and replace the drive. Performing a disk check at startup often triggers Windows 98-like symptoms. Currently it suggests a major problem, likely related to storage.

It seems there may be an issue with the operating system or storage device, and Scandisk isn't resolving it. I recommend testing another drive or installing a different OS to determine the cause.

Thank you very much! I'll attempt to obtain a new SSD and check the results!
