Hey there, tech lovers! I'm reaching out to see if anyone knows about software that can help improve a PC—like cleaning it or checking for driver updates. I'm looking for something useful to keep my system running smoothly. Avira comes to mind, but it seems to cost money. My friend also tried a Steam product, but I've always been wary of cleaning tools or software that claims to be safe. Thanks for your help!

Occasionally GPU drivers are needed, and for AMD at least chipset drivers, you don’t have to refresh them constantly. Perhaps review them every few months on the chipset drivers and only if you encounter problems with new games for GPU updates. Otherwise, keep them as they are installed. Edit: Regarding cleaning tools, most are unnecessary—just rely on built-in Windows features.
