Hey everyone, it's been about six months since my old power supply failed and I swapped it for a fresh one with the same wattage. Around a month later, my PC would black screen and restart when I played certain games like Overwatch 2, Darktide, Total Warhammer 3, Doom Eternal, and Battlefield 2042. I've tried nearly everything: reinstalled drivers, checked cables and connections, changed HDMI and DP cables, reinstalled games, reset RAM speeds, added new thermal paste, cleared dust, reset monitor settings, turned off hardware acceleration in apps, and even pushed my CPU and GPU to full capacity. I also tested connecting monitors one at a time. If anyone knows what might be causing the issue, it would really help. My setup includes an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060Ti (driver 528.49), an AMD Ryzen 5 3600X (6-core, 16GB RAM), Corsair RM650 PSU, and the monitors you described.

I cleaned the driver and reinstalled it, but the black screen persists and crashes still occur. The event viewer now shows few errors, except a warning about the driver failing to load for the specified device.
Played Risk of Rain 2 recently and observed a sequence of log entries each time I hit the black screen. They include: system boot time recorded, virtualization security disabled, zero boot options available, quick boot response, last shutdown failure, EFI settings, boot menu configuration, firmware status, leap second updates, and a warning about the previous shutdown. The boot process ran smoothly with no interruptions. After that, an error appeared about a prior shutdown at 11:14 PM on February 18, 2023. Following this, additional details emerged about Windows updates, event logs, and file system configurations. This pattern usually shows up in crash reports, though I’m not sure if it matters to my current issue.
