Whenever I restart my PC, the fans increase to full speed and remain there. After using MSI Afterburner, they stay at 100% by default instead of adjusting automatically. Why does this happen? Is there a way to fix it?

It's a standard initial setup process for hardware and testing. Every piece of equipment undergoes checks and verification. For instance, do you have an electronic or analog speedometer in your vehicle? Would you consider making a complete overhaul if necessary?

The issue is they remain at 100% even when I adjust settings on my PC, including during idle mode. I need to turn on the "Auto" feature for fans in MSI AfterBurner. I tried removing it, assuming the problem was with Afterburner, but it worked the same way. Once I disabled it, enabling the auto option became impossible.
