People continue to rush after the system stops.
For a while now, after shutting down my PC, the CPU and one of the case fans continued to run, while the GPU fans stayed on. The GPU lights remained illuminated even after shutdown. This started randomly and didn’t seem serious at first. Recently, when I powered down the PC, only the CPU fan and one case fan remained active, along with the GPU fans. The screen went black, then the fans began spinning at full speed once the system restarted. I can control the power to the PSU, and turning it off stops the fans completely. When I reconnect power without booting, only the CPU and GPU fans start again. Restarting the PC makes everything function normally. I haven’t changed any settings or installed new software, and I’ve disabled fast startup. What could be causing this issue?
