Although it might seem an issue because many emulators depend on single-threaded speed, the FX-8150 can actually perform better than the standard Dolphin benchmark. You might have to adjust PCSX2's CPU configurations to make it function properly.

Adjust the parameters. Disable MSAA, use 1280x720 resolution. It should function properly at 1080p with MSAA enabled on your i5/1060.

Yes, I do, but I own a PS2 with an HDD that I use for streaming. You can really improve some games with the emulator, though there are problems with several titles. There hasn't been an update recently; it seems stuck on version 1.4 for quite some time, even though I haven't checked in much.
