Does anyone here use it for playing PS2 games on PC? If yes, do you have a powerful setup to run it at 60 FPS?

I experimented with PCSX2. It performed adequately for the single game I played. But if aiming for 60 FPS meant running every game at that speed, it doesn't function that way on older hardware.

Certain games perform better, but for consistent stability without high resource demands is important.

Constantly.
No, you only configured it to match your system requirements.

I do my best to fix it, but in the end, it still doesn't work well

It looks like you have a GTX 1060 with 6GB RAM and a Ryzen 5 processor, which should work perfectly. Open Config, navigate to Video, then plugin settings. Assign your GTX 1060 as the adapter, choose Direct3D11 as the hardware, and set interlacing to auto. Adjust your monitor's resolution to match. Enable HW Hacks, toggle them on, and click configure hacks. Make sure everything is off except MSAA, which you can start at 2x or 4x, beginning with 2x. Texture filtering should be set to bilinear (PS2), and anisotropic filtering can be left off unless needed. Test the settings and let me know how it goes.
