Hey everyone, I'm experiencing some unusual behavior with my PC's built-in Bluetooth. It mostly occurs during gameplay when the system is under stress. I'll play a game and then suddenly lose connection as if the device was pulled from a USB port. The sound remains consistent. Sometimes it reconnects briefly, producing a USB-like noise, other times it disconnects repeatedly or just stops altogether. Whenever this happens, nothing seems to restore Bluetooth functionality except restarting the computer. I'm worried it might be related to power issues or overheating, which could disable parts of the system. Any thoughts on what others have faced?

Did you upgrade the BIOS? Several boards experienced problems with USB devices, which should be resolved with an updated BIOS. Note: newer BIOS versions may not support CPUs older than 5000+ Ryzen series, though I couldn’t verify that on the ASRock site.

I just installed the BIOS and played Elden Ring for around 30 minutes via Bluetooth without any problems. The game crashed, but I’m not sure it’s connected to the Bluetooth issue. Thanks for your help—I hope this fixes it. I’ll update this post if the problem comes back.
