I notice you're reflecting on a similar feeling. It's okay to share those thoughts.

I just cleared all OC and the peak frequency was around 4.20GHz for about 30 seconds before returning to 0.80GHz. That was a positive step for a brief period.

Could it be that your PC mistakenly interprets overheating as a safety feature and lowers the CPU speed? I checked and most problems were related to insufficient cooling on the user's machine, which hasn't happened before for me. The fans were running around 50-60% under heavy load.

It appears that all issues disappeared after keeping my PC in sleep mode for an entire day. Thank you for the assistance you provided. Now my CPU operates smoothly at its base clock speed.

This would resemble a more substantial "Green" function integrated into the system. However, it's a 7th Generation Intel processor that lacks Eco+ Cores.

That would allow smoother performance at that frequency, enabling uninterrupted gameplay.

To proceed, you should follow the recommended steps in the manual. Navigate to msconfig, select BOOT Advanced Options, and then uncheck "number of processors." This should resolve the issue.

Avoid this system in Windows environments. Disable all eco-friendly and green features during use.
