Some friends who play PC build their own machines and use large Steam libraries, but they’re unfamiliar with Kickstarter. They have demanding work and personal lives, and they don’t spend time on forums reading about crowdfunding campaigns.

The issue lies in the fact that PC gamers are unfamiliar with a highly promoted title.

Discovering Star Citizen isn't necessary to join PC gaming. It's currently trending and promises great things, yet anyone interested can still engage without prior knowledge. If your friends haven’t heard about it but enjoy PC titles, share the RSI site or the updated Star Citizen YouTube channel with them—they’ll likely be excited.

It really doesn’t matter yet—it’s way too soon and there are many problems. There’s not much to showcase or boast about at the moment. Once it gets a proper beta, everyone will likely notice it.

Millions of PC gamers remain unaware of this. Many enjoy playing games but avoid forums, media reviews, or Kickstarter promotions.

It makes perfect sense because it wasn’t promoted at all. I’d heard about it before, then let it slip away, and recently rediscovered a couple of months ago—exactly when I decided to try it. Although I wish I had acted faster, the game still tends to catch people off guard.

For those who don't recognize it, I'm just joking. If you didn't get it, I'm sorry.
