I'll begin with the spec: I3 9100f gtx 1650 Asus motherboard... installed an 8GB RAM stick, replaced my PSU twice—so the issue isn't there. The system freezes in BIOS or Windows after 3 to 15 minutes. I ran MemTest86 but it crashed before finishing four passes. When freezing occurs, the computer shuts down and restarts repeatedly. No overheating detected on any component. No overclocking was done. The motherboard is missing from the case during testing. Some advice suggests raising the RAM voltage could improve stability—how much should I adjust it?
