PCIe riser removed completely?

Hello, I'm trying to fit my Zotac 1650 OC into my PC with a riser cable. I noticed one of the "arms" came loose and fell off. When I checked it, everything seemed disconnected from the PCI slot. I didn't forcefully pull it out like an @RoxBox, and it looked like the connection wasn't secure at all. I'm wondering if it can still be fixed or if I need to look for more affordable options. Thanks!

It’s not a big deal, but the piece doesn’t seem very well made. You might be able to fix it later if you think the effort is worth it and you have the right skills. I’d recommend choosing something better quality and tossing this one if you can afford it.

Did you purchase this item? It seems the seller likely discarded their outdated mining equipment. You might consider repairing it with soldering, or just use it as-is without a riser.

Cheap, mass-produced riser for crypto mining. Unless you really must, avoid using it.
