It would require double the bandwidth of the 2080ti, a scenario that seems highly improbable. The 2190 or 3090 are thought to be about 30% quicker than the 2080ti, not a complete improvement.

For gaming purposes, I’d opt for the 10600K paired with a reliable cooler unless you already have substantial funds for the motherboard, RAM, graphics card, and storage upgrades. Generally, if choosing the 10700K means switching to a 3070 instead of a 3080, I wouldn’t recommend it.
