According to what I know, Bluetooth 5 isn't widely available yet, so you'll likely be using Bluetooth 4 right now. I also don't think there are any dedicated Bluetooth PCIe cards; most are Wi-Fi plus Bluetooth. I purchased the Asus PCE-AC55BT for my media PC—it connects to AC Wi-Fi and Xbox Bluetooth controllers using Bluetooth 4.2. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0713RRZMB/
