MoBo: Asus Prime B560M-A WD Black SN770 2TB is not recognized In PCIE 4.0 slot. It just work in the 3.0 slot. My video card is in the 16x slot. Is this a conlfict between them?

I noted this information from the Asus B560M-A site. It seems to clarify some technical details about the device. Two M.2 ports (up to 64 Gbps) are available, with one supporting data rates of up to 64 Gbps via PCIe® 4.0. This can speed up boot times and app loading when using OS or application drives. *Real speeds will be slightly less than the maximum.* The M.2_1 uses PCIe 4.0, while the M.2_2 supports PCIe 3.0 and SATA.
