Hi all - I'm experiencing some unusual issues after upgrading to a 5900x. The BIOS is up to date, but I'm still unable to get the PCIe settings working. Even with auto setting it, it defaults to PCIe 1.1 and causes noticeable visual problems. Adjusting the PCIe x16 level to 3.0 and setting the BIOS PCIe level to 1.0 usually resolves the issue, though I might need to restart the computer several times to get it to work properly. The problem isn't related to the Windows installation, as I've reformatted the system multiple times without success. Any advice would be really appreciated!

Which PSU model are you employing? Is it sufficient for the RTX 4080? Consider using another graphics card.

It's an MSI 850w power supply should suffice. The issue remains consistent regardless of the GPU used.

generally every time i restart, i see a flickering login window, then after about five restarts the system resets properly and lets me log in again.
