I'm weighing two options for an upgrade: B450M Steel Legend and B550M Aorus Elite. The Steel Legend is more affordable, while the Aorus Elite offers PCIe Gen 4. You're considering a Ryzen 7 5700X and RX 6750 XT, both on sale at reasonable prices. Since you won't exceed 3200mhz RAM, your focus is on video editing and recording/streaming. Your main concern is the aesthetic and budget difference between the two models. Need guidance on which choice fits your needs best? Thanks!

Editing videos with 6750XT could benefit from Nvidia GPUs unless your software performs better with AMD. PCIe Gen 3 or 4 becomes relevant only if your GPU exceeds the 3090 Ti speed or if the PCIe interface isn’t x16, which shouldn’t be an issue with 6750XT.
