Turn the CPU cooler 90 degrees. It would seem awkward with fans facing up/down instead of sideways, but it might give you enough space to place your GPU.

Ideal setup includes a top vent for mounting the rear fan, though it's still functional.

The issue seems to be with the placement of the backplate, as it's making contact with the CPU cooler shroud. This could affect cooling performance.

This seems unusual. Usually coolers are designed to be symmetrical, but maybe this isn't the case here. I'll need to check further. Update: The base features tabs which prevent symmetry, and it's using an am4 mount that also lacks symmetry. You might be in trouble. @GodSeph’s advice could be helpful. I’m unsure if removing the card backplate will provide enough room, and it really seems risky.

It required some effort to get it installed, but I removed the card finally because I feared the mount might fail. I plan to look for an extension cable for the GPU slot, as suggested by GodSeph.
