Gigabyte 960A-D3P v2 supports PCI Express 16 slot with an 8-core AMD 8320 processor and Windows 10 updates. The system runs as a PCI 8 device, limited to x8 width due to maximum support. GPU-Z confirms PCI Express X8 version 3 at x8, but no options to modify or fix this configuration are available. Previous versions handled PCI Express 16 differently—any suggestions?

That processor might be restricted by the system or the motherboard's BIOS. Alternatively, the GPU drivers could be outdated.

The AMD 8320 (8-core CPU) runs on AMD AM3+ architecture. The graphics card currently in use is an AMD RX 550, equipped with the latest drivers.

I think the RX550s are limited to just 8 PCIe lanes, which makes sense and is acceptable.
