In short, you should be fine. The 1660ti will occupy the PCI-E x1 slots, so the Wi-Fi card needs to use the secondary x16 slot. This shouldn't interfere with your GPU's lane allocation. Just make sure the Wi-Fi card is properly seated in that slot.

The second full-size PCIe port overlaps with the M2_2 slot, meaning the second M.2 device wouldn't work there. However, the PCIe connections for the graphics card remain intact.

You can definitely install a M.2 NVMe SSD in the primary slot. Just make sure it matches the requirements for that slot. The assumption about the "Turbo" slot being the primary one is likely correct.

Yes, the M.2 port receives its connections straight from the processor, whereas the second port gets them from the motherboard's chipset.
