Talk about your thoughts on riser cable 3.0 for 4.0 MoBo. Is it reliable, or should you skip it? I’m worried about wasting money on something that might cause problems.

I don’t want to waste 50 euros if it causes problems. Maybe there’s a BIOS setting to switch to PCI-E 3.0, but I’m not sure if that would help. If it does, I’ll go ahead and buy it. From your side, what are your chances of running into issues?
PCI-E 3 riser cables are compatible with the x570. Just configure the motherboard to Gen3 mode instead of auto. I’m using a Gen3.0 cable on a B550 with a 3070FE.
My OCD urges me to mount the GPU vertically—it feels like such a big wish to me. I might buy an Asus riser cable for it. But there’s a saying here: "When something works, why touch it." Most of the time when I want something better, I get caught up in worries and end up making mistakes. Deep inside, intense anxiety whispers that either the riser cable could cause problems or it might harm my graphics card or motherboard. I don’t have the budget for another card, though I know it’s unlikely. Still, there’s a small risk with any cable. I’m really unsure what to do and have become so fixated on this issue.
As I mentioned earlier, just hire someone to set it up for you.
