Your Wi-Fi card faces problems with certain PCIe slots. It works fine in a 16x slot but not in a 1x slot. You can’t install it in the 1x slot or use your GPU there. The other 16x slot isn’t fully compatible because its pins don’t reach the end. Your case also doesn’t support this setup. The issue might be due to pin configuration or slot size mismatch.

I think the motherboard might be slightly bent due to the video card's weight, and possibly the screws are being tightened too hard when securing the card to the case. This could cause the wireless card to pull out of the connector or not connect properly to all pins. Using a PCI-E X1 riser cable might help you place the card outside the motherboard area, as shown on Amazon links: one for PCI-E x1 extensions and another for degree upgrades. This way, the x1 slot under the video card stays available while keeping the x16 slots open.

You can connect a PCIE extender and place it beneath the GPU. Search for "PCIe riser" online.

The PCIe 16x slot in question is the secondary one. I was considering adding a riser and the case includes a clamp to secure PCIe devices.
