Consider adjusting your router's settings to disable 2.4 GHz, apply QoS rules, switch to a different router, or connect the PS5 via a wired Ethernet cable.

I believed it was Bluetooth, most devices connect via 2.4GHz while the PC uses 5GHz. To reduce interference, consider adjusting settings or checking distances. The intermittent connection and crackling sound may indicate a signal issue, possibly due to proximity or network congestion.

I finally resolved the issue by deleting and reinstalling the network driver, and I connected the PC to a 2.4GHz instead of 5GHz. It now functions properly. If others encounter similar problems, consider adjusting the PC's settings or uninstalling the network drivers and restarting the system.
