After adjusting my CPU to a 21.5 ratio and changing other parameters, including raising the voltage to +55 (which seems excessive), I’m facing issues. The problem might be related to the power supply, especially since I increased the voltage significantly. I’ve removed the CMOS battery already, but there are still other concerns—my keyboard’s caps lock light is on and I can’t turn it off.

A year ago I had an issue and my PSU failed. I wonder if it’s the same for you, but if the keyboard has a light then I’m not sure.
