Hey guys,
I just assembled a new PC using an Asus z270e motherboard and an Intel i7 7700k processor. Once everything was set up, I booted it up and installed Windows 10. After applying all updates and drivers, I restarted the system and attempted to overclock the CPU. I have liquid cooling installed. When I saved the BIOS settings for the overclock, the PC froze. After two hours of a frozen screen, I powered it off and restarted it. It still won't post. I cleared the CMOS with the jumper but didn’t get any results. Then I replaced the motherboard and CPU, but the issue persists. I’ve tried booting without RAM or GPU either, and it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

What is your power source? Inspect all connections.
Do you recall which configuration you adjusted in the BIOS? Are there any lights on the motherboard? Explain the sequence when you press the power button.

The device starts up with lights on and fans running. The screen shows no signal. I upgraded the processor to 5.0GHZ and the RAM to 3200mhz, thinking a different motherboard would help. Perhaps changing the RAM is better.
