Current specifications:
CPU: Ryzen 7 7700X
Motherboard: MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI
GPU: 1650 Super (believe it)
Power Supply: CiT ATV Pro 500W
RAM: Crucial Pro DDR5 RAM 32GB
I am working on an older prebuilt PC and struggle to reach BIOS despite fans running, case fans, CPU cooler fans, GPU fans, and lights all functioning. I've tested various HDMI cables but received the same "no video input" message. I've also tried reseating the GPU and RAM, and used both HDMI ports on the motherboard. Since everything is new, I suspect it might be a power issue rather than dust.
My thought is that the CPU might not be getting enough power because of the old power supply. Also, only one cable connects to the CPU port and none to the GPU port. Could it be necessary to use both just to access BIOS? Will I need a replacement power supply?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Power Supply:
CiT ATV Pro 500W Power Supply
Will I REALLY NEED a different power supply?
How long has this PSU been in use and what capacity did it handle before? Even if it's brand new, you should consider replacing it as soon as possible for a stable 550W setup, unless you plan to upgrade the discrete GPU in your current configuration.
