Last night I powered my PC on and went to sleep, everything was normal. When I returned the next morning, I noticed there was no display, the CPU fan wasn't spinning, the GPU fan wasn't spinning, but the motherboard lights were on. I tried unplugging and plugging it back in again. There were no beeps, nothing was rotating. What should I do now?

You should test another motherboard or PSU to identify the problem.

Specs for the ASUS BB5M-E motherboard, 8GB RAM DDR3, HD 6670 1GB, and an i5 3330P CPU.
This is just a PC meant for browsing, and I don’t understand why any component would fail.

I don't have any here. However, every time I connect the PSU cable, the motherboard light turns on. I might consider testing a new PSU tomorrow. Are there other things I can examine at the moment?

If the motherboard indicator is lit, it doesn't necessarily mean the PSU is faulty, but it indicates the system isn't fully powered off. Disconnect the power cable, detach all but one RAM stick, reset the CMOS (either by removing the battery or using a jumper/button on the board), then reconnect the power and check for booting.

I've tried it. Nothing happens, no budge. So its PSU? Or should I wait to try that as well?

Unfortunately, it's hard to determine whether it's the PSU, motherboard, GPU, CPU, or RAM at this stage. It might also be another component, but the PSU or motherboard are the most probable causes. Various factors can prevent booting, yet RAM and GPU problems usually allow fans to operate.
