one afternoon after exiting the room, I returned to find a blue screen displaying the Windows 10 error code 0xc000000f. Every time I attempt to boot from the USB, it shows my motherboard logo without any text. I’ve uploaded images, but Imgur keeps returning errors. The screen remains stuck for some time before the computer restarts and loops back. I’ve replaced my old hard drives with a new one and tried again, but the issue persists. After flashing my BIOS to the latest version, I’m still unsure what to do next.

I don't have a memory of creating bootable USBs myself, but I can describe the process typically followed.

I’ve tried using rufus with the windows 10 iso file and both fat32 and ntfs partitions, but nothing worked. I also used the Windows Media Creation Tool and followed through, yet when it boots from the USB it only shows my motherboard logo and says "Tuff Gaming."
