PC won't boot ?

My PC won't start at all. I disassembled it to clean it and reassemble, but it still won't turn on. I used a screwdriver and everything worked, yet the PSU is fine. When I pressed the flash bios button on the motherboard, the red light came on to show it was trying to flash the BIOS. The board and components have power, but it just doesn't spin up.

This won't assist you at the moment, but in the future, try removing or replacing one element at a time and check afterward. Doing multiple actions together makes it hard to identify the issue.

Here are the full specifications for all installed components.
Did it function correctly previously?
