I recently assembled a new PC and here are the details. Everything is functioning properly once it powers up. The motherboard is a Z690-E with Wi-Fi, and the CPU is an I9-13900K. I updated the BIOS to the latest version, but it still doesn’t boot on EZ Debug—it shows a yellow light for the CPU. I’m not sure what that means. Could you assist?

Occasionally after updating the BIOS, you must reset the CMOS afterward. Disconnect the power supply, remove the coin cell, and keep the power button pressed for half a minute. Reinsert the battery, reconnect the PSU, and attempt to start your computer.
