CPU: Intel® Core™ i9-10900KF (Intel® 400 Series chipset) 125W
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
Mother board: MSI MAG B460 TORPEDO LGA 1200 Intel B460 SATA 6Gb/s ATX Intel Motherboard
RAM: G.SKILL Aegis 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600
Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX PC Case
Cooler: Corsair iCUE H150i Elite CAPELLIX XT Liquid CPU Cooler
Power Supply: Thermaltake Smart 700W
I can run games like Runescape, but Diablo 4 boots up quickly after launch and restarts shortly afterward.
My memory speed is set to 2933 MHz, unsure if that could be the problem.

Check Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.
One or both programs might record an error code, warning, or informational message right before or when the PC starts Diablo 4 and restarts.

These are the two issues you encountered in Event Viewer:
Error 2024-04-10 1:37:05 PM - Service Control Manager 7031, None
Error 2024-04-10 1:37:05 PM - Service Control Manager 7023, None
On reliability I only see this: Windows was not properly shut down.

I'm not confident I'm pushing anything too hard. The new components were functioning properly before, so it seems my PSU (which I purchased in March 2021) might not be the issue.
