PC suddenly went black one day and has been struggling ever since. I managed to get it back online by reseating the GPU and RAM, but now it won’t post at all. No external devices are showing up. One RAM stick has a blinking red light that’s different from the other RGB lights; I tried booting with just the other stick, but it still didn’t work.

Using a Dell XPS 13 motherboard with a Corsair Vengeance LPX power supply unit is recommended for optimal performance.

It seems you successfully accessed the BIOS after the black screen, but now you're unable to display anything. You might want to try taking out the GPU from the case and connecting it to the motherboard video output. If this doesn't help, it could indicate an issue with the 3070.

I managed to use the pc properly after replacing the gpu and ram; the rgb on the gpu was functioning correctly. It was after I slept and woke up that the issue resurfaced, but now I can't get past the BIOS. The gpu only shows orange rgb, while the full color works once inside the pc. I'm not sure if this is normal behavior.

Currently, it seems you can access the BIOS, but there are issues loading Windows. The problem might be related to the storage device.

You've reached BIOS and now are in Windows. It stopped with messages about diagnosing your PC and being unable to fix it, but you pressed continue to Windows 11. What might be happening? You're currently working fine in Windows.

Consider checking for corrupted Windows system files after the crash. Start an admin PowerShell terminal and execute the following commands: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, sfc /scannow. This should assist in restoring the operating system. Additionally, use the Windows search bar to type "reliability monitor" and open the tool. Review any events recorded when the black screen appeared, as this may provide clues about the issue.
