Hello, I upgraded my PC from a Ryzen 3600X and Nvidia 1050 Ti to a Ryzen 5800X and Nvidia 3070. My main game is CS2. Previously, I achieved around 150 FPS in Anubis (all low), but after the upgrade I got 190 FPS (all low). Is this typical? I’d like to increase my FPS. Please help.

Before the upgrade: Gigabyte B450M S2H, 16GB RAM, GTX 1050 Ti, Ryzen 3600X, 3 fans, 1TB SSD, Windows 10.
After the upgrade: Gigabyte B450M S2H, 16GB RAM, RTX 3070, Ryzen 5800X, 3 fans, 1TB SSD, Windows 10.

Have you explored these options:
- Removed all temporary files using Disk Clean-Up?
- Verified Windows has the latest drivers?
- Reinstalled GPU drivers neatly?
- Executed "sfc /scannow" via Command Prompt with admin rights to test system health?
- Observed CPU/GPU activity in Task Manager while playing games?
- Monitored temperatures during high-stress scenarios?

The performance difference between a 3070 and a 1050 Ti is noticeable, so something needs attention.

I removed a lot of unnecessary files from the disk. After cleaning, the task manager shows everything is working properly and all drivers are current. I also reinstalled the GPU driver.

Yes, testing your bench mark map in CS:GO is a valid approach.

The output you received from the CS work shop benchmark includes performance metrics for 39,399 frames. Analysis removed 3,239 frames. Key figures show an average FPS of 344.4 with P1 at 126.0. Detailed tables break down frame counts, rendering times, and simulation results across various components like client rendering, server simulation, and network interactions.

I’ll enter the game to check Anubis once more, since my average is around 300 on the benchmark map—could be a server issue.

Yes, 250 plus fps is typically the maximum achievable for your setup.

Case closed? Probably unless you unlock the frame rate.
