Hello, I'm planning to upgrade most of my PC soon.
I'm considering getting a 9800x3d, a 9700x, a 9070 xt, along with a B850 Aorus Elite WiFi7 and 32GB 6000MHz CL30 RAM.
My current PSU is a Seasonic GC G12 750W, which I've found isn't ideal for newer, power-hungry parts.
I managed to find an Rm850x shift, but it's only available if I buy the 9700x, since the 9800x3d is significantly more expensive.
My question is whether upgrading this PSU is necessary for either of these CPUs and the 9070 xt, especially if I get the pulse variant of the GPU, which doesn't seem to have extreme transient spikes.
I usually play at 4K60Hz and might drop to 1440p144Hz later.
Thanks in advance!

I purchased the PSU in January 2022 and have been using it with my current PC that has a 5600x, RXT 3070 and 16GB RAM. I don't plan to overclock much. I know the PSU is the limiting factor, so I want to see if it's better to upgrade to the 9700X with the RM850X shift, which is a higher-quality PSU rated at 850W, or if I can get by with my existing PSU and a 9700X or 9800X3D, at least until I can afford a better one.

750W should suffice at the moment. For a gaming PC, consider the 7800x3D.

Your current PSU should work with a 7800X3D and 9070 XT.

Of course, but I would eventually switch to an 850W power supply for a little extra flexibility.
