What about the fc new dawn? I don't rely on the internet to play it, yet I still face the same problems.

gpu between 60 to 65 max with cpu near 70 during extended gaming sessions, occasionally hitting 75 though that's uncommon
I regularly use cleaner to maintain my computer, but Task Manager shows minimal CPU or memory usage—just tiny tasks like NVIDIA container consuming 0.5% of the CPU and 47MB of RAM.
here is a picture of my blackout monitoring yes i know my cpu usage is high but atleast im getting 100+ frames no stuters on the highest setting! this tells me that problems with gta online and other games arent from hardware any help
