Hello
I just assembled my PC. I followed the instructions carefully and connected everything properly, but when I power it on, the fans spin and it lights up—but the monitor doesn’t work. I unplugged all components (including the monitor and HDMI cable) and put it back in, yet it still won’t display anything. (By the way, the monitor and cable are fine; it worked with a laptop). Could you help me quickly?

My specs:
- AMD Ryzen 5 2600X CPU
- Evga GeForce GTX 1050 GPU
- Evga100-w1-0500-kr 500W power supply
- MSI B350 M Pro-Vdh Pro series DDR4 MATX motherboard
- Corsair Vengeance LPX 8 GB RAM
- Kingston Digital A400 120GB SSD

Is the monitor linked to the video card or the motherboard? It might be wise for someone experienced to inspect it. The power supply isn't top-notch, but it should suffice for running your setup.

Yes, it was connected to the GPU. I discovered it was actually a required BIOS update, so I swapped in a Ryzen 1200 temporarily and completed the update. Thanks for your assistance!
