It occurred last night while moving files from my previous PC to my new build. The system has been stable for about a week. During a brief sleep cycle, I briefly powered it on and then off, but nothing happened. I attempted to restart and power cycle, yet fans and RGB activated without any output or input from the keyboard or mouse. I've tested the essential components: motherboard, CPU, cooler, power supply, one RAM stick, and boot drive. (GPU is integrated.) I’ve reset everything, changed cables, used a different PSU and boot device, flashed CMOS, but the only visible light stays on the motherboard in orange, then shifts to red for a moment before flickering white briefly on VGA.
