Is this situation consistent with what you've experienced before? Do you use an SSD or HDD? This could be contributing to the issue.

For an older HDD, it's typical. I'd use Crystal Disk Info to verify the SMART status and ensure the drive is functioning properly.

Problem began about a year ago, but I haven’t used it daily for over a year—mainly just left it on for Plex. Now it’s being needed again as my primary PC for work from home. It’s an SSD, likely around 4–5 years old.

Check the tools provided by different SSD brands for monitoring drive status. I’d begin with Samsung and WD options.

I’ll check it out. It looks like a sensible spot.

Might be better to start with the CMOS first, then reset the BIOS to check if that resolves the issue.

Checked SSD status – looks normal. Disconnected GPU – identical outcome. Tested every RAM option – consistent findings. Running a fresh Windows 10 installation media and performing a clean setup (instead of just restarting).

You're seeing the same problem repeatedly, and it's odd that it always starts up in 110 seconds. That’s unusual and worth investigating further.

A recent change was made. Initially, there were two distinct RAM modules installed. The problem ceased after configuring the system with a single type of RAM.
