Did you notice a click noise coming from the PSU following those two seconds?

You only perceive the noise from your power button (casespecific), yet you understand what is being said.

Your PSU could be fine. But to confirm its proper operation, you can try the paper clip method. This will help remove any concerns about the PSU and allow you to check other components.

The paper clip test only indicates the presence of some power. It doesn't confirm a functional power source.

There is lighting on the motherboard, should I always test it using the paperclip method? What exactly does a nonviable power supply mean? I’m a bit unfamiliar with building PCs these days. I thought I only needed enough power for all the components. I looked it up on this site: https://www.newegg.com/tools/power-supply-calculator/. I need around 700-799 watts. Are there any other factors I missed?

I'm not sure what's going wrong. It might just be that someone notices something I don't.

Turn off all case fans, USB ports, etc., and attempt to start the PC using only the least number of components. Use just one RAM module. This should help identify what might be the issue.

Consider changing the orientation of your AIO so the tubes point downwards. This setup is recommended even if it resolves the issue.

Now it runs, but no screen. I just unplugged my second SSD. The one on the back of my video. Is it because, I have the old storage, which conflicts with the new system(old drivers)? I swapped once the MOBO completely in the past and didn't had issue with my SSDs. I think now it's an issue. Do I need to insert a completely new Storage component and install Windows again?
