CMOS fails when the PC powers off, and attempting it twice yields no result. The quick fix is removing a RAM stick and restarting the system!

I noticed some discussions about Ram voltage. I verified all my voltages and everything seemed normal. It looks like the issue might be with the motherboard or power supply unit. I’m unsure which one is faulty, but I have the funds to replace the motherboard. If the problem is the PSU, I won’t have the budget for a new one for a while.

Consider sending it to a repair shop for testing. It’s unclear whether the problem lies in the memory slot or another component.

I’m considering that too. After the exam, I’ll inspect it. But my main goal is to identify the issue. This BIOS recovery mode has occurred for the first time.

I saw a few loose screws and some missing ones. I took apart the whole motherboard and case, rebuilt it, and now it’s functioning properly even if I drop the case.
