I've seen some stuttering on my PC and checked perfmon. Memory usage spikes between 0-30,000 MB and I'm unsure what's causing it. Memtest cleared everything fine. I've tried adjusting the clock speed on and off, but it's still happening in games and becoming more bothersome. Any ideas?

I’ve noticed several discussions on various chat platforms mentioning the same issue. It seems to be related to Windows 10.
