PC struggles with internal blue ray drive, causing flashing and halting shutdowns.
During shutdown the green light on the optical drive will blink and remain lit for about three seconds before turning off, lasting roughly two seconds. I also notice a clicking sound while it’s running.
Is there a disk inside? In any case, I won't be concerned about it.
I changed the storage device. SSD drives J and K didn’t show up during startup occasionally. I believe the optical drive was sending error codes. I’m hoping there’s no problem with the SATA controller. I’m looking forward to the swap resolving the issue.
