Notes for streaming setup
PC1 is connected with Turtle beach Elite headset using USB 3.0 dongle – it works perfectly.
Sparklight 1tb cable internet is active.

Hardware overview:
- PC1: ASRock X370 Professional Gaming, AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, ASRock RX 580 Phantom Gaming X, 32GB GSKILL DDR4 3200C, Intel NVME M2 1TB drive, additional drives.
- Dual monitors: Monoprice IIP 27-inch curved and standard models – curved monitor supports 144Hz, standard at 60Hz. Planned to use curved model for gaming via ASRock RX580 using DisplayPort cables, with HDMI output routed through Avermedia Live Gamer HD Input only.

Software in use:
- Twitch Studio (updated)
- OBS Studio (updated)
- Avermedia RE Central (updated)

No prior experience with XSplit broadcaster.

PC2 configuration:
- Intel Core i7-3770S, BIOSTAR Group TP67XE, MSI N660Ti OC (MS-V284) GPU, Gskill 4GB RAM, 16GB DDR3, PC3 12800, running Microsoft Windows 10 Professional (x64), Build 19043.1826 (21H1).
- Avermedia Live Gamer HD2 internal capture card, HDMI output.
- External capture cards available: Elgato HD 60s, Avermedia Live Gamer Portable 2 PLUS.

Playing games on PC1 with capture on PC2 via capture software.

Issues encountered:
- In Avermedia RE Central, video capture appears normal but audio disappears when streaming to Twitch using the logged-in stream key.
- Need guidance on routing audio from PC1 to PC2 capture.
- Streaming quality is poor in Twitch Studio beta – borders and boxed appearance; requires fixes for both video and audio.
- OBS output quality is subpar, appearing boxed in; assistance needed for setup.

Additional considerations:
- Consider purchasing a mixer and using a dedicated microphone instead of relying on headset mic.
- If you need help, feel free to join the Discord channel for troubleshooting and support. We can arrange a remote session to assist with audio and overall setup.

I'm wondering why you're using a second PC. It seems your main system should handle playing and streaming without issues.
Audio in OBS can be challenging, so checking out some OBS setup videos might help clarify things.
It looks like you have several ways to capture your gameplay. You could try using just the External card to see if it resolves the problem.
Keep in mind that if you're connecting via HDMI, your audio might follow the video signal, as HDMI also transmits sound. Make sure your audio capture is configured correctly.

I've always believed a second PC would be better for transcoding and encoding, while my main handles the heavy GPU work for the game. Most streamers do this well on Twitch, but I plan to try it with Twitch Studio, OBS, etc., just on my primary gaming PC.
