No! The PC was factory reset a few days back, which is why there isn't much information available.
Yes, you should have CPU drivers from the official website. Do you require motherboard drivers as well?
You require a fresh, high-quality power supply unit. Once you have the new PSU and the problems persist, we can address software-related issues. Until then, avoid altering Windows settings, as they won't resolve the random shutdown problems caused by low-quality PSU.
Although the PSU is crap I don't think the PSU is the issue here since there is no dGPU.
What's the brand and model of the RAM and motherboard?
Is the motherboard BIOS fully up to date?
mother: GIGABYTE A520M
RAM: ballistix (i don't know the model he)
Since I bought it, I shouldn't update the BIOS... Would updating help fix the issue?
When I turn it back on it doesn't shut off again until I choose to play a video game, and sometimes it turns off after 1 hour, 4 hours, or 15 minutes. It's an original Windows system. I haven't experienced a blue screen, just it simply powers down. Recovery mode doesn't seem to help because I recently reinstalled the OS again and it keeps happening. Sadly, I live in a country with a poor economy and won't be able to purchase another PC.
Country economy situation has little impact on personal wealth. Would you like to connect some local shops so we can check which PSUs are accessible for you? Because as I mentioned earlier, regardless of the adjustments you make to Win settings, you can't resolve the problems with quality PSU issues. And what's the point of a PC if you can't use it?
