I've been dealing with this problem for years, and after upgrading my CPU, RAM, and SSD, things have actually gotten worse. Now I'm struggling to play games like Hell Let Loose and Marvel Rivals. It keeps crashing or shutting down instantly, even when I try to run them. I've checked the CPU temperature, but it still powers off regardless of heat levels. Here are my specs: a motherboard from ASRock 320M-HDV R4.O, BIOS L8.01, Ryzen 5 5600X with stock AMD Wraith cooler, NVIDIA GTX 1660 GPU, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB M.2, 500GB SSD, 1TB HDD, and a Gamda's Kratos M1 550B PSU. I think the power supply might be the issue, but I'm not sure. Any advice would be appreciated!
Purchased Thermaltake ToughPower GX2 600W 80+ Gold yet faced shutdowns while playing.
The 600W requirement seems sufficient based on your CPU, GPU, and PSU specs. Are you familiar with navigating to the event viewer in Windows?
