Hi, I just assembled a new PC with the following details: ASRock B650M Pro RS, AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, GeForce RTX 4070, TeamGroup 2x16GB DDR5, GPDIA Kratos P1A-750G 750W PSU, M.2 SSD, Thermalright Frozen Nite 240 AIO, GPDIA Talos E3 case, and Windows 11. After a week of gaming, everything seems normal until I tried to turn it on this evening. Pressing the power button briefly lit the motherboard RGB for a moment before cutting off. Now it won’t power up again. I’ve checked the power cord and even short-circuited the motherboard with a screwdriver, but nothing works. I have a photo of part of the system if that could assist in identifying the issue. I’m unsure what to do next.

Ensure all cables, including the 24-pin one, are securely connected. Rotate your AIO so the tubes face downward toward the CPU. Verify the tubes are positioned above the mounting area.

You've confirmed everything is set up properly, but the issue persists. The AIO only fits in this specific orientation, which might be causing the boot problem. It seems the cooling performance and lifespan could still be affected, though you noted it wouldn't block mounting. The RAM placement is preventing proper installation.

The approach involves reversing the radiator or pump block to avoid air bubble buildup in the pump. The most likely solution is to disconnect as much as possible and check if it starts up. Additionally, verify the PSU functioning independently. If it works alone, a short circuit to ground might be causing the issue, and the PSU could be detecting it and shutting down.

It seems the AIO might not be causing a problem. Consider using the IGPU in the CPU instead.
