PC startup loops without OS, GPU connected
Initially I believed I had resolved the problem by replacing the entire motherboard and positioning the CPU correctly, but the issue persisted. Also, the connections to the cords seem to be fine after checking.
You've tried two motherboards with one RAM slot each and two GPUs. I'd like to try another CPU, ideally without an F version, so you can use integrated graphics.
