my computer has been behaving oddly lately. when it starts up, the fans reach maximum speed, and no screens appear or any other components function. it sometimes emits a beep, and power is directed to the gpu because its green PALIT light is on. this issue has occurred three times now. one time it happened while i was using the machine normally. I've also noticed power cuts recently—not caused by the pc itself—and at times i shut it down manually using the power switch if it seems stuck or problematic. it's a prebuilt system that's been in my room for about three years; i admit it hasn't been well maintained. honestly, i've cleaned it with compressed air many times, but the specs remain the same: palit 2070, super oc i7 9700k, 16gb corsair 3200mhz ram, asus h310 motherboard.

The PSU could be the issue. Are your BIOS settings default? Consider updating them too.
