This year I plan to purchase a new PC for AM5. Should I go ahead?

You may consider an ATX motherboard. The 216 is a compatible case, but it will appear bare with minimal motherboard space. If you prefer the Aorus Elite, opt for the V1 variant of the ATX board. They reduced the VRM in the second generation. The RGB RAM slots could be hidden by the front fan of the cooler. It might be better to choose a low-profile non-RGB RAM option.
