I was on the phone and noticed a spark from inside my PC. It seemed to originate near the 8pin GPU cable where it connects to the graphics card. Despite that, the video signal was still present and the screen didn’t change. Right away I turned it off and shut down the power supply. There’s no smell, nothing looks burnt, but I haven’t taken apart anything beyond the side panels yet. I’m unsure what to do next. My system specs include an EVGA 750 B5 with a GTX 1070 SC, a R7 3700x with 16 GB 3600 MHz RAM on an MSI B550, plus a pro mobile card and six fans. I’m also using the AsiaHorse cable extension.
